Spent some time messaging a friend this evening which did make me feel better, got my haircut, and then H came home! A nice surprise. It feels like the week is salvageable now. I am earning a big paycheque for something tomorrow so that will also be worth it. Then H can spend time at home getting the place shipshape. Although I've done pretty well since he's been away, if I do say so myself. I may need to increase my calorie allowance slightly because I have felt hungry the past few days, even without any intense exercise. It may be hormonal, I did have some mild cramps today. I suspect ovulation as I also felt the need to take my bra off early today... I can see if it is temporary but if I'm going to be exercising at desired levels I will be fuelling that appropriately. I am so glad H is back, it feels like there's been a restoration to the house balance. I had such a rough night last night but I'm proud of myself for getting to sleep anyway and then honouring my commitments.
