Mun ensimmäinen blogipostaus ikinä! Päätin ryhtyä bloggamaan, jotta löydän lisämotivaatiota laihdutusprojektiini. Sen takia blogi sai osuvasti nimen "Kalorit Kuriin". Tarkoituksena syödä ~1200kcal päivässä.
Question about my daily intake
I think this time is my time guys !
It's been almost 6 months since I started to have an healthier lifestyle.
I'm not drinking any beer, soda, not taking any sweets, not eating cakes or cookies, but not even restricting. I started to workout again 4 months ago, then stopped cause we moved in a new flat, and had 3 weeks of pure activity.
Only have wholegrains, vegetables, lean meat, eggs, oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast, green tea, fresh fruits...
But I could not drop much weight, as my body is still suffering from my years of ana/mia... But now I don't want to think about this anymore. If I think my body is stuck with fat, maybe it wont drop the sizes... Link between mind and body...
Now I'm back on track and decided to lose those kilos. I've seen many inspiring before and after pictures. My whole life depends on it now, or maybe I just feel this way. I know I could reach my final goal (or so) in 6 months.
I'm not desperate and purely motivated to do it clean, smiling, and not frustrating.
I'm gonna go back to Nike training Club. I think it's a great app. And everyone seems pleased. I remember it kicked my fat ass. On myfitnesspal (username : thinally) the daily intake proposal is about 1200 calories. I'm 1m70 and 69.6 kg. I'm afraid this could be too low, and as I told, I'm in this to be patient, so what would be your advises for my intake ? How do I ensure I won't go into starvation mode?
(I think "I know everything" about nutrition, workouts and all. But maybe it is the problem. So please answer my question, sweet followers!)
