162.4 lbs. A new low for me, and just before Christmas. It's so nice to be able to afford all of my protein favorites again. Makes a big difference in my game.

I’m not super into a lot of The Avalanche’s material, I’ve found it a bit inaccessible, their unique style never got me going (except for Frontier Psychiatrist). This song however, immediately clicked for me. The bouncing up and down of the beat throughout the song and the wacky vocals are a treat for my ears. Plus my somewhat recently discovered new favorite MC, MF DOOM lays down a classic Villain rap verse. Can’t get enough of this track.
