I've been feeling pretty shitty but things are about to get better
So uh...I don’t seem to post on tumblr much anymore. For those of you still with me: I moved to the city last year, I have a corporate job that I like (never thought I’d say those words), I’ve hiked a LOT of mountains over the past couple years, basically eat whatever I want that’s not super sugary (because added sugar always makes me feel ill, as do too many grains), and um...life’s going pretty well. Oh yeah, and I publicly came out as bi. That happened too.
Lost interest lifting weights last year haven’t lifted since. Well consistently lol I barely went this year. I think I went five times this year that’s it. Last year I sowed down I injured my shoulder. It got so bad I couldn’t lift my arm. I still worked out to help heal my arm. Then later stopped to recover. I box to stay in shape plus walk. Miles at work and occasionally lift at work. I’m going to start lifting again just to put size back on.
