Since I didn't go yesterday I decided to do upper body (from yesterday) and legs (from today) in one go at the gym
Easy Pullups with 30kg off 15 reps 3 sets
Pulley 15kg 15 reps 2 sets, 10kg 15 reps
Chest fly 3kg 15 reps 3 sets
Military Press 3kg 15 reps 2 sets, 2kg 15r
Modified Pushups 10 reps 3 sets
Triceps cable curl 10kg 5 reps, 5kg 15r 3s
Lat machine 30kg 15reps 2sets, 25kg 15r
Really proud about the pullups, felt quite easy to do them so I'm gonna try only 25kg next time 😊
Abductor 30kg 15 reps 3 sets
Kettelbell Squats 6kg 15r 2s, 12kg 15r
Adductor 30kg 15 reps 3 sets
Leg extensions 17,5kg 15 reps, 15kg 15 reps and 10kg 15 reps
Glute Bridges 10kg 15 reps 3 sets
Leg press both legs 80kg 15 reps 3 sets
Leg press single leg 20kg 15 reps 3 sets each side
Wanted to take it light at the end because I was already quite worn out. It was a great workout tho 😊 really cleared some space in my head
I'm going to volunteer in animal shelter tomorrow. I hope it's gonna make some animals a little happier 🐕🐈
