Creepy baby fact of the day: “Erp can detect light through your belly.” I never once thought about if my outer layer allowed light to be seen from the inside and I kind of never want to think about it again.
My pooch is now much more pronounced but I’m still not convinced it’s baby and not just belly. I’m trying hard to have a healthy perspective about it and not feel shame towards my changing body but instead to embrace this time. I never conceptualized what this process would be like, I kind of expected I’d go from not pregnant to full on undeniable baby bump.

Also, for good measure, please enjoy my sleeping cat and just one of the MANY squirrels who occupy my yard. I love sitting at my kitchen table in the morning watching 5-6 of squirrels chasing each other around on the trees or battling it out on my deck for who gets to eat from the squirrel feeder. (Correct, it’s no longer a bird feeder).
