Unstarted Origami

A thin white paper slip Lies on the ground, oh so dark Watch out, so you won’t drip! Or would you stomp on it to tear it apart? Would you mind your steps around it Or simply walk along? Would you pick it up for a bit, As curiosity edged you on? Would you spare the time To see what’s underneath? If it is a hastily written rhyme Or a quick painting that makes you gasp as you struggle to breathe? Would you attempt to read the scribbles you don’t understand? Would you beautify the painting with honest intention? Or dismiss the senseless garbage with a wave of your hand Before you let it fall to the ground, as it doesn’t deserve your attention.
