Got to keep my head up no matter what happens. I tried to attempt a mock meet at American fitness by myself by hitting a 460 squat as a third attempt, but I guess people's negativity got the best out of me, so this was the end result. After unracking this, someone says "he ain't going to hit it, I bet you" and lost all motivation😑. Lost air in my core and tightness, but oh well. At least I can say I hit a 5lb PR from previous 445. Attempted 420, 450, 460. Didn't even finish/do my bench and deadlift because of so much BS there. Thank you @delaz_ and the other two guys that help spot me during my squat. Going to finish it tomorrow with a better attitude and positive mindset. I swear, people need to grow up and stop being a gym Douche bag and dominate humbly.
