We all have busy lives and we tend to busy with a bunch of little things that don't matter and then say we don't have time for anything. This image is a current example of my time, which does change..sometimes I do a fall or sping cleaning that takes more time, January to May volleyball will take more time. We need to understand that when something becomes a priority we always find the time. When we say we don't have time we are telling others and ourselves that really that task just isn't important to me right now. End your week with prioitizing next week and putting those items into your calendar just like any other appointment. Chart your own time and see where it goes. You may be surprised where it goes. So super pumped after hosting this weeks #LusciousLifeDesign weekly mentoring call and collaborating with one of my favourite mentors @leannemjacobs.
