I literally slow-clapped when I saw the Fenris paranoia and anxiety bar
Like, in a good way or...?
The 16 Personality Factor (16PF) test is a well respected test in the industry, known for its valid and reliable results as well as its relevance to the corporate world.
It is one of the most widely researched personality assessments currently available and is used by many professionals throughout the world.
The 16PF assesses each individual's personality against 16 key scales, which reflect behavior and are extremely useful in predicting job performance.
Candidates will undergo the 16 Personality Factor (16PF) Test. The test will be conducted on the entire group of employees.
The test takes about an hour to an hour and a half for the candidates to complete. It entails responding to a set of situations and questions.
A psychologist will be available to administer the test, and will respond to any queries or clarifications that may be required while candidates appear for the test.
Psychologists will conduct one-to-one sessions with the candidates.
The sessions will be structured, and will follow the format of the 16PF report. The sessions will be completely interactive, wherein the candidate will also have opportunity to clarify, sort, and discuss issues.
Areas of strength and development, action plans and so forth will be discussed. The focus will also be on creating insight and awareness and building a sense of ownership for candidate actions, attitudes and behaviours.
