It was like a game of whack-a-box, only instead of pelting boxes for points, Zack was buzzing around him while he sorted through the copious amounts of paper work at his desk - a job he should not have left until it should be noted - and planting his butterfly kisses about his head.

A couple of them landed softly right in the shell of his ear as the blond tried to capture at least one of them as Zack passed him by.

Not that he minded, each press of lips made Cloud's face a deeper shade of pink, for sure, but silly games like this only served to solidify the bond they already had. Cloud, as much as he would deny it if asked, loved the attention.

But he loved winning too, and it was that final kiss that came homing in that he finally managed to capture with one of his own, though he doesn't allow Zack to escape so readily, when both hands rise, cupping the man's face to keep him there just a touch longer.

And with a soft chuckle, he offers an even softer smile against that luscious mouth.
