This weeks weight: 200lbs
1lb away from breaking the 200lb mark!!
5 weeks in and I feel like I’m doing well, I average at about 3.4lbs weight loss per week. If I continue at this rate (I know I won’t) then I will be down around another 24lbs by New Years, which means I will only have 10lbs to lose in Jan to hit my first major goal, and 10lbs to lose til I hit my ultimate goal weight.
Gonna start adding in exercise into my routine now, gonna do ab workouts every other day to begin with then add in arms and legs as I go.
Still dairy free, still gluten free, I’m not drinking as much water as I should but I’m getting there, and I’m so close to this first weight goal!!!
Went for a 15km bike ride and a 10.5km walk yesterday through a lovely forest with my friend and we saw some otters(maybe beavers but the tail didn’t look right), a mum and baby, which was amazing!
Going to a jazz festival today which should be good.
