I can't believe what a difference a month makes. A month ago my nipples were black and horrifying to look at, my incisions were full of stitches and I had next to no feeling in my chest area. Now I have about 75% feeling across my whole chest, my nipples and incisions have pinked up nicely and I have virtually no pain. I believe the incisions are a work of art as I can find no flaws with them and my nipples are almost perfect to me (nothing can be completely perfect). I believe my incisions look so great now because of my creaming ritual twice a day with GG's homemade body cream. I'm so glad that mum got a picture of us 3 together in the pool. I can't stop staring at this picture and thinking about how much it means to me that I get to stand in a public place with no top covering me, right next to my brother (and the adopted sister). - I'm also so proud of the weight loss that I have achieved over the past 9 months.
