Не зацикливайся на Плохом, прошу. В Жизни так Много всего действительно Удивительного. Так почему бы не опустить Всё то, что Тебя тяготит?! А потом, когда Ты станешь Свободным, пойти на встречу Своим Мечтам.
Очень Важно уметь отпускать, преодолевать Трудности, не сдаваясь.

My beauties <3 It’s obvious they have been missing me - They kept brushing themselves against my feet and meowed so much. After sitting down they have been next to me either awake or sleeping. I love my cats. I really.really.really.love them. So much. <3
Leg day
Tried some new stuff today and felt pretty good about it. I wanna get more serious into weight lifting and probably gonna book a session with a trainer therefore
Some stretching
Deadlifts 15 reps only with the barbell, 2x2,5kg 15reps 2 sets
Kettelbell Squats 12kg 15reps 3sets
Leg extensions 15kg 15r, 10kg 15r 3s
Lunges 12kg 15reps 3sets both sides
Adductor 25kg 15reps 3sets
Abductor 25kg 15reps 3sets
Leg press 80kg 15reps 3sets
Sadly some one else just started using the incline Leg press when I wanted to too and I didn't want to wait so I used the normal /horizontal one
