Mr. Wilson: Even my own daughter, who is an electrician – there’s another woman, an electrician. When she heard about the new power project going up, she said: well, this is awesome. There’s an opportunity for women like herself. There are lots of women who work in the electrical business. You know, and proud of what she does. Worked hard. Did it all on her own. I was trying to make her be a secretary or something, and she said: “Dad, I’ve been working with you for the last 10 years building houses. I’m going to be an electrician.”
