God cares

My niece taught me a lesson this week. I’m not one of those GenX people who assume because I’m older than someone that I can’t learn from them. In my life they are the best ones to teach me how to navigate circumstances I thought would not apply to me again at my big age. My nephew, daughters, and nieces teach me a lot. They are navigating this self centered, social media led society with grace and morality. KUDOS to them💙
Anyway, years ago I took praying without ceasing to heart. You see sometimes I don’t end with amen, after morning prayer. Some days I know I’ll by having an extended all day conversation with the Trinity. My niece said to me this week God cares about everything even the things that seem insignificant. She’s right. Even though I pray about everything, I’m not sure I’ve accepted that He cares about everything.
This morning as I prepared to myself to cook a meal and do some laundry, we were talking. I was thinking about getting something to my Irish Twin. He gave me the solution 🫰🏽. I can fret with the best of them. It was so simple and easy to accept the instruction because it i is logical. Don’t short change yourself by closing your ears to what God speaks through younger generations.
