Update to my Recreation of the Livin’ Large Tragic Clown Paiting

(The original was made 8 years ago! Just replace the file with this one if you had it. Recolours should be preserved.) I cleaned up the original code, which was taken piecemeal from the Snapdragon bouquet. It now impacts only the Social, Fun, and to a lesser extend Energy and Comfort needs. Sims will also (very occasionally) cringe, cry or laugh in confusion, and think of clowns. This is a hidden interaction on the painting. I also replaced the Snapdragon smoke sfx by confetti from the Happy Holiday pack. See the preview picture. (The object should still work without that EP, minus the visual effect.) Here are purely decorative versions of the painting for people who don't want to torture their Sims: -> Same GUID as the original, replaces it, picks up existing recolours. -> New GUID, can be used alongside the original, textured repositoried to it. Chose only one!

A Recreation of the Sims Livin' Large‘s ‘Suds du Solei’ Tub + Associated Toilet and Sink for the Sims 2

Oof, I’ve had this project laying about for literally years :x

I’ve not much to say about the tub. It costs 2000§, the same as the original object.

The toilet takes some of its features from the toddler potty: it will fill up over time and have to be emptied into the trash or compost. This clean up can be done by NPCs as well as active sims.

Though I used ‘moveobjects on’ on the preview picture, the ‘sink’ (bowl and pitcher) is to be placed on a table or desk. It’s been edited to remove as many irrelevant faucet animations as I could.

The toilet and sink are texture referenced to the tub, but do not use the traditional object repository technique. Instead, I’ve done it using Skell’s technique for clothing. This is only relevant if you plan to recolour them.

As always, do message me if you have any issues or questions. Feel free to clone these objects if you want to reuse their features.

A Recreation of the tS1 Makin’ Magic Outhouse

Done at last!

This object was cloned from the Pet Stories portapotty. However, I’ve altered the needs its fulfill to better match the original: using it is not particularily comfortable, and will lower the user’s hygiene. It costs 319$ and can be used on both residential and community lots.

I’ve also made a bunch of recolours. Be warned that these textures are very large (2k).

A TS2 Recreation of the TS1 Superstar Ponce de Leon Bath.

It is a functional objects which, beside the regular water and bubbles, allows a sim to bathe in mud, milk and sulphur. Each type of bath fills slightly different needs. On community lots, sims will change into their bathing suits rather than bathe naked. These special baths will build a sim’s fitness hobby. A warning, though: since it is slightly taller than a Maxis bath, sims’ hands will clip into the sides during certain animations. Also, the ‘water’s’ material might change too quickly if you queue two different interactions on the same bath one after the other.

This object requires Freetime. It can be found under Plumbing/Showers & Baths in the Buy catalogue.

Update 29/01/23: I fixed various issues with sims not exiting the special baths unless directed to, autonomous use by NPCs, and use privacy. Thank you to the kind anon who pointed out these problems.
