For several months a group of agents have been working underground, in an unmapped section of the tunnels that connect below the Diner. The work has been in secret, using their outside connections to smuggle in what they needed. Now the first finished portion is opening, and hushed invitations have been spreading. Affectionately termed The Umbra, it is now an official speakeasy/lounge for agents. It uniquely has no connection to the Initiative’s main administration, as it has remained under their radar for now. Because of this, it is one of the only places in the compound where agents cannot be observed through the security system. . .
