I talked to my friend and old coworker, D, today. I’ve talked about him in the past; I felt that our Paths were crossing in a particularly meaningful way, and it turns out that he is also super into spiritual stuff, and his family has a history of psychics. I’ve been kind of giving him some guidance as he starts to figure things out, giving him helpful info when he needs it about the realms beyond.
Well, today he told me a story which I won’t get into the details, but what is important is that he did some energy work for the first time! I’m very excited for him. He now has the groundwork needed to start learning more and developing skills. I’m excited to see where his Path takes him! I love seeing others progress down their paths
From what I’ve noticed, that’s how it works. All it takes is once; one time feeling energy, one time moving energy with visualization, one time having a thought pop into your head and realizing that it isn’t your own. All it takes is one time, and that one time becomes your foundation. Even if you don’t know anything else, you can take that single experience, and through practice and experimentation, you can learn and build up your knowledge and practice. At least, that’s how it happened with me, anyways.
I’m still sick, but today I felt more like myself than I have in like almost 2 weeks! It’s very... reassuring. Sometimes you find yourself in dark places, and you forget what light looks like, and get convinced that you’ll never see it again. So it’s nice to see a glimmer of light, lol.
Also, practice-wise, 2 things: first, I’ve actually been toying around with the idea of energy work with cooking... I’m thinking about experimenting with it a little bit. Maybe I’ll make a post about it if I learn anything interesting.
2nd thing: I’ve been thinking about making a FAQ for my blog... is that something that y'all would be interested in?? Just FAQ about my practice, methods, or just things in general. If I see enough response, I might make a separate post. It’s just an idea that I’ve been turning over for a while.
Alright, that’s it for now! I wish everyone a good night, and a wonderful day tomorrow.
