They’re not just gonna give up and go away, Robert. I can’t fob them off forever. (Part 1)

Sam continues to help out at the farm apparently. Katie’s clearly is freaking that Jack knows the real story behind his shooting and how it’ll affect all them with the coppers. Crowe and Keysell are determined to see Jack and get his statement. Robert wants Jack to really think it through before he talks to the coopers. Daz worries about himself if Andy gets banged up who has essentially lost all hope having let ‘everyone down’. Jack gets the green light to be released from hospital (that was fast).

Now that Keysell and Crowe are in his home, Jack makes the decision to use the fabricated tale Katie created and stick to it thereby allowing Andy to get away with attempting to murder Robert. A frustrated Keysell warns Jack that Andy is still a volatile person and could still finish the job. Andy later shows up with more apologies but it’s too late. Jack is done with Andy and if doesn’t clean up his act, he’ll turn out like Billy… in the slammer.

I didn’t want this to happen either, Daz. But now it has, I’ve got no choice. Andy’s gonna have to take the consequences. (Part 3)

Keysell rubs Charity the wrong way because of her recent experience with him. Crowe and Keysell next move on to the cafe where Viv and Donna give them an earful about prat Robert and Andy’s characters. As Jack and Robert are leaving the hospital, they are ambushed by Daz pleading to essentially give Andy a break as he won’t have a home anymore and well, family is there for each other and don’t run when it gets rough, do they? Donna can’t see Robert (‘too much of a wimp’) shooting Jack or Andy’s targeting having actually been Robert. Keysell and Crowe wait for Jack to arrive at his home.

So… in your own time, Jack. How about telling us exactly what happened on the night you found yourself on the wrong side of a shotgun? (Part 2)

Crowe and Keysell finally get in to see Jack who puts them off by saying he doesn’t remember anything after opening the caravan door. Andy’s bad mood translates into him being mardy toward Daz who continues to harp on what would happen to him. Since they got nowhere with Jack, next is asking around in the pub.
