Fiscus was my 13th fantroll, and possibly the start of my addiction to making more trolls. He was made when a fellow fantroller at the time mentioned that her surname passed as a fantroll name and she gave me permission to use it, hence my franken-troll was created. 

Fiscus from the early designs was always albino, however used dye and alchemy to hide his true hair colour, the rest of his featured caused by albinism were faint and hardly noticeable, such as his paler complexsion being only slightly so, and his horns being paler when i remembered to do so. 

Later Fiscus’ story would flesh out more, however as of last year and the start of this one, I’ve really settled it, giving him an actual solid story.
