Which part of yourself, if any have you given up on?

I’ve given up on my heart because I would always love and fall hard for someone that to me had such an outgoing and amazing personality. While giving it my all and putting myself out there, at the end it would always lead through tears and pain in my heart and being heartbroken .

2015

Over the year, there were so many times I wanted to share something in this platform. However, as the months go by, I’ve been feeling less and less of the need to. 

This year was a total mix of contrasts. To put things into perspective, I’ve been actually living a life (beyond my cellphone and laptop screen). This year, I opened up my heart and I dared myself to let go once in a while. I was my happiest whenever I felt like I am just being myself-- nothing forced, nothing unnatural. There were also times I felt uninspired and that sadness was actually consuming me. I may have seem lost for quite some time but I always find my way back.
