Weight Loss, Are you kidding, Im not that fat !!!
After a long denial and excuses that I look fine and 66kg is not that fat ( for my height that is 5′2″) I suddenly realized one day that there is a battle to be fought.

This took me pretty long, excuses exhausted from my kitty. I started finding it difficult to get up and get going with daily activities. Started visiting doctor for my unknown self-discovered illness. The doctor just told me to walk, change lifestyle. That is the time it stuck to me there is a battle and I have to fight it.
It was in November 2016, I struggled to get up early next whole month. started weight after every walk and I could hardly see the scale moving. Started reading through blogs and websites on weight loss. I was more stressed than ever. I weighed 66KG during that time.
I just quit the whole thing and started to pamper myself a bit. Then suddenly started getting compliments from ppl saying I look thin, and this motivated me enough to lose few pounds in next 3 months. That is until March 2017.
Started with festivities and followed by a vacation in April (Singapore). I was happy with the pounds I lost, even my weight loss journey went on vacations. Where after the vacation while browsing through the pics, I could see how much I had put on, I could see my tummy peeping in every single pic, with a double chin and fatty arms. Never felt like uploading any pic.
So now this is to get back in shape, the goal is to reach 55KG ( In whatever time frame it takes ). And I started the long journey. Alone every morning at 5:30 AM.
I logged my food entries in my fitness pal ( iOS APP), started watching couch to 5K methods. Started following some tips from the internet. But the scale has refused to move beyond 61.7 now.
It's a battle between me and my scale. I got to follow HIIT programs by Amy in youtube and sweating like pig now.Trying to follow 6-week challenge and I shall post my entries here as the week begins. Let's see who wins!!!
One thing I stopped is dieting, but I have ditched fatty junk food and processed food from my diet. I am having a happy relationship with my tummy and mind.
I will post weekly blogs at end of each week with weight, abs, arms reduced in inches.
