FEELING GREAT WITH THIS LIFESTYLE When I started keto more than a year ago, I was very strict with what I was eating. ▫️ That all stopped after I had tamales during a Christmas party. The struggle was real and I quickly gained five pounds. I was at a stall for months and was actually eating like if I wanted to be in maintenance mode. ▫️ Last weekend we went in a short family vacation. We kept it keto on Saturday, but not on Sunday. ▫️ I came back saying to myself that I can do better than what I was doing. I was determined to start intermittent fasting and conquer each day cheat free. ▫️ Today, after just six days cheat free, my everyday cravings for non keto food have minimized. I am no longer bloated and I am no longer afraid of being hungry late night. ▫️ I am able to practice self control and self discipline more and I feel great. ▫️ IF YOU HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING LIKE I WAS, JUST KNOW THAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF MAKING THE DECISION TO HAVE SELF CONTROL. DETERMINE YOURSELF TO COMMIT TO BEING CHEAT FREE EVERY DAY. TAKE A DAY AT A TIME AND BE PROUD OF EVERY DAY YOU ACCOMPLISH. ▫️ I am one that looks at the scale.
