Exciting Day
Today officially marks 20lbs lost. After supper though, I’m sure I gained a 1lb. It is so rewarding to know that I am down 20lbs. I feel like the first 20 are the hardest, and to have them behind me is such a relief. I feel like like the next 20 will be so much easier. I can really tell that I’ve lost the weight. Everything fits so differently now, I also can fit into jeans a size down! It is such an awesome feeling, and it makes me feel so much better. It is crazy how many people have noticed. I have got such nice encouragement from so many. I have got a lot of compliments this last week on how much weight I have already lost. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one noticing the change. I thought maybe I should give a run down of my calorie intake daily. Most days I take in about 1,500, most of the time less, I burn about 3,000 calories a day (thank you work). After eating I sit a while and then head to the gym. I switch between walking and run until I hit 2 miles. After that I do abs, I try to get in 30 crunches. Every week at least twice I do a half mile on the elliptical and a mile on the bike, followed by jumping some rope. It doesn’t seem like much but it has really worked for me. 20lbs left until I hit my goal for May and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m glad I have stuck with this workout plan, can’t wait to see more results.
