Tried a new Youtube workout today. (Side note: I've lost 40lbs without having a gym membership... so don't feel you have to belong to a gym to lose weight. I walked/ran outside FREE and did DVDs and Mostly Youtube video workouts #athomeworkouts do work) OK so today I did LOWER BODY with #relentlessjake "brutal lower body beatdown" Great workout!! Added 10 mins Abs with Relentless Jake and finished up with a Lower Body Stretch with #fitnessblender.
