Paranoia and loneliness and helplessness came to hit me with sticks this evening. I guess I should have seen it coming, I worried it might happen when H was unexpectedly (to me) away this evening. I also have a lot of feelings about those 2 old friends from school not being there for me very well... in my opinion... I guess this is making me ask big life questions and think about grand scheme stuff. I will need to recover and stabilise I think.
