Reflection
So the first week I meal prepped and actually ate the food I made, I lost five pounds. Why? Because all I was eating was chicken breast, white rice, and organic veggies. I stopped eating processed crap. I stopped eating junk food. I started going to bed earlier. I didn't exercise lol I wasn't ready for that just yet, but with those other changes combined; I dropped 5 pounds like nothing. The second week my meals weren't fully prepped and I had no time in the morning to finish them. As a result, I ate more processed foods. I ate more junk because I was starving. I ate more sugar because I craved it. I only lost 1.5 pounds this week. That shows me that not only can I drop weight rather quickly, but when I eat healthier I'm less likely to cave into junk food or processed food. I'm fuller longer and my body gets what it needs and starts removing what it doesn't. I need to get on the ball with my meal preps. I need to start buying healthy snack foods so in case I do need something quick I can just grab it and go.
