I apologize if my handwriting is a little messy. It is what it is. Lol. 🔥 Today, I completed a 8-week program called #22minhardcorps. It challenged me with 3-levels of workout regimens. There are core, cardio, and resistance workouts. 🔥 On the note I am sharing with you, I have progressed significantly. I conducted: Push-ups Squat thrusts Pull-ups Jumping jacks Forearm planks 🔥 On July 1 and July 29, I performed a fitness test, I finished each exercise within a minute. Some exercises I stopped or put a leg down with so many seconds remaining. All in all, this shows my progress results within 8 weeks. I have gotten slimmer and stronger. I think it's best for me to show number proof rather than photos of my body. I showed up daily and got to work. 🔥 Will you show up for you?
