Headache today for the first time in weeks since I quit coffee. I think I'm getting better info on causes. I think insufficient rationing of meals on busy work days is a factor, and possibly dehydration. Temperature has broken thankfully so it's a lot more pleasant to do things. Making good money, thinking about trying to get some time off at some point. I took a sleeping pill for tonight because I just want to switch off ASAP.
