The A-Team pilot episode, first broadcast in the US on 23 January 1983 and showing up on UK television in July 1983 - Newspaper journalist Amy Allen peruses her paper's files on a team of soldiers of fortune. Helpfully the team are all shown wearing clothes they would appear in later on in that same episode.

George Peppard as John 'Hannibal' Smith; Mr T as Bosco 'BA' Baracus and Tim Dunigan in his sole appearance as Templeton 'Faceman' Peck.

I remember hearing this scene inspired the opening credits of a Nick Nolte movie, the name of which has suddenly escaped me. Will look it up soon.

One of the classic scenes from the pilot episode of The A-Team (despite frosty relations between the three actors in this clip). Originally broadcast in the US on 23 January 1983. I've read different dates for the UK - it was either the 22 or 29 July 1983 (the 22 may have been the pilot film with the first regular episode on 29 or perhaps different regions put it out on different dates). In any case it was a series that gave us some very memorable characters and catchphrases.

Exciting News In This Issue! I wonder what that could be?

Battle with Storm Force No. 664, dated 23 January 1988. Johnny Red, the longest running strip fittingly is the cover star of this final issue of Battle (1975-1988). The cover by John Cooper, featuring Johnny Red's B-25 Mitchell 'Flying Gun', wasn't an original and had already appeared on No. 268, dated 21 June 1980.
