1) is there a story you’re holding off on writing for some reason?
The sequel to First Best feels pretty high-stakes and will take a long time to write (I assume), so I haven’t gotten any farther than writing some basic notes.
The Buck with stress fevers series is something I’ve been talking about for so long that I feel like I have to have just the right way to start, and I can’t decide what that way is!

I have my niche and I stick to it? lol
Hmm... I'd like to think imagery, emotions, and rhythm.
18) were there any works you read that affected you so much that it influenced your writing style? what were they?
LiveJournal Supernatural hurt/comfort fics circa 2012. That was my introduction to fandom, and fanfic, and everything else.
Who in your OTP —Inspired by @queenwinterofluna — Washette
1. Eats the last slice of pizza and gets playfully ignored by the other until they apologise?
George. Lafayette does try to ignore him — he really does — but he gets bored after 5 minutes and gives up.
2. Gets into more fights with other people? Does the other care for them?
Lafayette will fight anyone who disrespects George’s name, and George hates him for it, because he hates seeing Lafayette get hurt because of him. It always ends in Lafayette getting an earful from George and being squished to death by him.
3. Tries new things that the other recommendeds and hates them but pretends to like them for the others sake?
George, but Lafayette will always find out and force him to tell the truth.
4. Snores? What does the other think about it?
None of them snore, but Laf is a very deep sleeper, whereas George is the complete opposite. Nearly every night, Lafayette will kick him in or whack him in the face with his hands or feet.
5. Wakes up first? Is there a reason why?
On good nights, George will wake up first in the morning for work, and his routine follows through the weekend too. On bad nights, Lafayette will in the middle of the night because of nightmares from his past — I’ll probably post his backstory later on.
6. Is horrible with technology? Does the other help them out with it?
Neither of them are terrible, but George accidentally got sent a dick pic by Alexander which was meant for Thomas and nearly threw his phone out of the window. Lafayette and Thomas still take the piss out of them.
7. Is first to apologise after an argument?
Everyone thinks it’s Lafayette, as he can’t spend five minutes away from him, but it’s actually George. Lafayette’s tolerance is extremely high when they’re in a fight.
8. Is the clean freak? Does the other live like a slob or do they just not care as much about cleaning as the other?
George likes things to be tidy and neat the most, but he doesn’t mind if it gets a tad bit messy. Lafayette’s the same, but he almost had a fit when he visited the Hamilton-Jefferson household and it was filled with wrappers and dust. He practically held them at gun point and forced them to clean up.
9. Falls asleep first? Does the other usually stay up or go to sleep soon after?
It’s normally always Lafayette who falls asleep first, and he prides himself when George falls asleep first. The awake one will always let the other rest on their lap, chest or in their arms before falling asleep too.
10. Goes out of their way to impress the other? What do they do? What does the other think?
When they first started their relationship, the other would impress them by paying for meals, talking about their daring childhoods, Lafayette even used the hot weather as an excuse to take his top off to impress George one time. Now if they try to impress the other, they will just sigh and kiss them.
11. Sings Christmas carols in the middle of summer? Does the other sing along or are they annoyed?
George, funnily enough. Not loudly, but he’ll sing them under his breath while serving breakfast, or while scrolling through his phone. It’s always accompanied by Laf throwing something at him or kicking him under the table.
12. Constantly quotes memes/vines? Does the other understand them?
Lafayette does it whenever he’s near Alex. George has reached the point where he now knows what he’s on about and hates him for it.
13. Pranks the other? What do they do?
Both of them prank each other. Well, the one on the receiving end always refers to it as ‘abuse’. It started off when Lafayette got mad at George, so went the entire day speaking French, and it continued on from there.
14. Gets angry for weird/bad reasons? How does the other make it up to them or do they just leave them be?
They’ve never really fought over anything stupid, but the one time Lafayette got upset with George over the amount of time he spent working. George just ended up soothing him and reducing his working time down at home. They also occasionally fight over the fact that Lafayette drinks iced coffee and George likes pineapple on pizza.
15. Calls/texts first?
Lafayette the majority of the time. He will always update him at work and likes to phone him in their break and lunch. However, he is sometimes treated by George sending him a small paragraph at work.
16. Is more jealous? Do they tell the other or not?
They both get jealous if they go out and catch someone looking at the other, but George will always move to put his arm around Lafayette, whereas Lafayette will just sit and sulk. They don’t really have to tell the other, because they can usually tell.
17. Plans all the dates?
They take it in turns. George prefers to treat Laf our to expensive restaurants and Laf likes to take George to parks or coffee shops. They both agree it’s a nice mixture.
18. Starts stupid arguments? How does the other deal with them?
Mostly Lafayette, whose always complaining ‘that’s my tie’ or ‘those are my keys’. George just ignores him and waits until his small tantrums are over.
19. Has to explain the joke? Does the other immediately get it after it’s explained?
George once told a dirty joke and Lafayette didn’t get it. He just sat there with a cute, confused expression on his face and begged George to tell him what it meant. Once he understood he was quick to move of his lap.
20. Watches more TV? Does the other watch it with them? If not, what do they do?
George loves his soaps. Lafayette tries to join in, but George always gets annoyed by his constant asking questions and always tells him to ‘watch it if you want to know what happens’, so he just sits by George and goes on his phone.
21. Cant stand 3 seconds without the other?
Lafayette. He’s extremely clingy and loves it when George gives him attention and affection.
22. Is shameless about anything they say or do? How does the other react?
Lafayette, who once came downstairs wearing nothing but boxers, stormed into George’s office wearing lingerie and lets out sultry, obscene, loud moans in the bedroom. George has yet to complain.
23. Sleeps with a plush? What does the other think?
They are each other’s plush.
24. Has a better fashion sense?
Funnily enough, George. He often helps Lafayette with clothes, and has helped Hercules and Maria choose this and that for an item they were making. It doesn’t show, as he can sometimes be seen with sleeveless tops and cargo shorts when he’s not at work wearing his suits.
25. Is a great artist? Do they draw the other or gift them some of their works?
They can both draw really well, Lafayette with scenery and objects and George with people. One of Lafayette’s drawings is framed in the living room and he’s always asking George to draw him like one of his French girls.

it’s like asking me to pick between amaya and janai and i’m not about to pick one or the other to love, but when it comes to the actual plot of the show i’m more interested in the elf side of the war. i want to know what they think of the impending conflict at the border, why they pushed out all the humans, why they dont like Aaravos, what they do so their hair is always luscious and shiny??

on one hand Runaan is a paid killer, on the other hand Aaravos did help kill a lot more people just for standing at the door for too long.

i talk a big game but i’m gonna have to admit that i probably don’t have the guts for dark magic. i’m okay with personally preparing a catch i’m going to eat, but to use living things to make my hair glossy or someone’s armor especially fab doesn't sound like a sustainable business practice to me.

i dont know what happened after the “on your knees” scene but he changed (as foreshadowed by him saying goodbye to Claudia) so i’m not labeling him as any of those things until we know why he’s doing what he’s doing.
After talking to a few Viren fans i realized that not everyone hears the manipulation in his voice when he talks about the throne, and wanting to protect Katolis, and loving humanity itself. i’m not saying those fans are wrong, or that they’re missing a point, but it’s possible that the voice acting is just so good and some of us are so jaded by our own past experiences that we don’t believe him even when he’s telling the truth.

I have said that if the MALICE MIZER 25th Anniversary concert pamphlets were to be sold out, I would post my translations on-line. Well, they aren't yet. But since everyone is patiently waiting for news about the DVD...

Here is question 16 (it was picked over on Twitter) from MALICE MIZER's 25th Anniversary 25 Questions. It varies for each member. You will see why.
First up is Red, Közi's answer to "How do you see Mana-sama?" "Mana-sama is Mana-chan"
Next is Blue, Mana's answer to "How do you see Közi?" "His flexibility is great. Even though I will make a strange request ("I will do anything/whatever!"). I think that the point is that he is a rocker in a sense, in a certain meaning."

2. What is a notable quote from this character? Alternatively, what is their favorite quote?

Koda: "Well, I have a dream too, but it's about singing and dancing and making people happy. It's the kind of dream that gets better the more people you share it with." -Kermit the Frog
3. Summarize your character’s backstory with no more than three sentences.
Cady: Half-orc and her parents flee an island after a natural disaster. Being war-time, most places turn them away but they eventually find respite in an elven city in exchange for their daughter being trained as a paladin of conquest. She’s eventually sent to another city to provide support in the war effort and is petrified underground for the next 300 years.
Koda: Half-orc farmer boy is noticed by his retired dwarven neighbour, trained, and sent to the college of swords in the region. There, he learns about a cold case shrouded in mystery his mentor had been investigating shortly before he retired and leaves the school to investigate for himself.
4. Describe your character using a song title.
Cady: “Fossil in Stone” by Charm of Finches
Koda: “Keep Your Heart Young” by Brandi Carlile
5. Are there any story arcs you would like this character to explore?
Cady: I’m looking forward to Cadiana potentially discovering who & what turned her to stone, but also the general progression of her character from steely soldier who doesn’t know how to think for herself to someone who does. I wanna see if she can grow into someone who can differentiate between right and wrong on her own & decide that the law shouldn’t be prioritized above someone’s well-being, someone who can reflect and be more introspective, etc. Of all my characters I think Cadiana has the most room for growth because as is she’s very brainwashed and hasn’t really discovered who she is at her core yet & that’s kind of fun. Bit by bit her personality is starting to show more and I’m discovering that as much as she is.
Koda: Given Koda was only with the party for a short time, I’ve mostly gotten to explore what I wanted? I was curious to see how close he’d get with the party in a short amount of time, and given how friendly he is, it was very fast! I was curious to see how him being too inquisitive and nosy would backfire and if his experiences would temper his attitude. I’m interested in seeing how the school and his mentor react when they discover what he’s gotten up to.
6. What would your character like (or have liked) to do with their life?
Cady: Cady thinks she’s pretty accomplished as is, but now that she’s starting to become her own person, I think she’s interested in traveling? She’s starting to realize she’s actually only seen a very narrow bubble of the world and wants to branch out. The only thing she knows for sure that she wants right now is to help her friends for helping her.
Koda: I think Koda is still interested in finishing school, then potentially taking up more unfinished cases for the school or taking what he learned and traveling overseas. I think he wants to get married eventually, but isn’t interested in settling down for a while yet.
7. Who is your character’s best friend?
Cady: At present, I don’t think she has one. She considers her party her friends and those she served with who are still alive her friends, but she’s not at that level of best-friend closeness yet. Inrae is probably the closest she has.
Koda: Felix, his bugbear buddy! They met when they were both starting school and hit it off. Koda noticed he was shy and really brought him out of his shell.
8. Who is your character’s worst enemy?
Cady: Whoever petrified her.
Koda: His impulsiveness.
9. Who has, for better or worse, had the most impact on your character’s life?
Cady: Those responsible for making the trade with her parents, ofc, but also Inrae, cuz who knows when she would’ve been found if Inrae hadn’t found her!
Koda: Probably Aderik, his dwarf mentor. Koda was always going to be good at music, but it was Aderik who noticed his potential for combat and sent him off to school. If he hadn’t, Koda might’ve still left to go travel & explore who he was, but school gave him a guideline and really shaped his learning and honed him in a short period of time.
10. What is the most badass thing this character has done?
Cady: The very first thing Cadiana did in her very first combat was jump off a ledge to land on top of an undead beast and stab & smite it with her halberd, if that’s not badass idk what is. She also recently used her maul to smash in a demon’s face and then spartan kicked it off a ledge of a bridge into some lava.
Koda: I guess him killing an earth elemental by shoving his sword in its mouth and twisting it and making it explode in a burst of lightning was pretty bomb? Also using all the charges in his magic missile wand to kill a dragon construct.
11. What crime is this character most likely to be convicted of?
Cady: Extortion, Cadiana thinks threatening people is a valid way to get info & what she wants & one of her tenants is to literally not tolerate dissent.
Koda: Cough theft cough, destruction of property

13. Does this character swear frequently?
Cady: You’ll get hell’s and damn’s from her and occasionally a fuck, but nothing frequent.
Koda: Has been known to cuss a fair bit, yes. I think he used to swear less until he moved out and isn’t around a bunch of younger sisters anymore.
14. What is this character’s relationship with religion or the church?
Cady: Cady is a paladin!! Her powers come from following her tenants and her relationship with her goddess.
Koda: Koda doesn’t feel particularly strongly either way. He and his family would sometimes pray to Pelor for good crops and he’s cussed using Melora’s name, but he’s not “religious” about it if that makes sense. It’s not something he thinks about or practises on the daily.
15. Would this character ever make a deal with a devil or dark spirit?
Cady: No, Cadiana would sooner try and threaten it. Under the right circumstances she might consider it, but I think she thinks brute force can win her way out of any situation and negotiating isn’t worth it with evil creatures.
Koda: Depends on the dark spirit and what the deal implies. He’s kind of naive, so he’d probably be willing to give up part of himself to protect those he cared about.
16. Emotion or Logic?
Cady: I think Cadiana thinks she operates by logic, but that logic was given to her by superiors who wanted her thinking a certain way. I think over time she may be more prone to emotion.
Koda: Koda is like half and half. He’s smart, but he has poor impulse control and will often do the first thing that comes to mind. Oftentimes he reacts on emotion, like helping someone in need without questioning their motives, but if he’s given enough of a warning he can think something through.

18. What is the character’s favorite Pokémon?
Cady: Mudsdale

20. Is your character currently in love? Is there anyone in love with your character?
Cady: Not at the moment, and not that I know of. I don’t think Cadiana has ever been in love ever and she definitely hasn’t been in a relationship before. Sylitae has hit on Cadiana on multiple occasions but the second Cadiana has expressed that she’s down to clown Sylitae has gotten cold feet.
Koda: Koda has a HUGE crush on Cassandra but he’s not in love yet. Needs more time for that.
21. Do you ship your character with any other characters? (This includes characters from other universes and canons)
Cady: Nah. I want Cady to kiss girls as a general rule but I want that of most of my characters.
Koda: I ship him with Cassandra but only if she returns his affection lmao
22. How would this character seduce a lover?
Cady: Cadiana doesn’t really go out of her way to seduce people, but is receptive to it. I think on the rare occasion she does, she might just be pretty straightforward?? Compliment them, proposition them. She doesn’t show fear out in battle, so she thinks she shouldn’t show it wrt picking up others, too. She also doesn’t really consider anybody “out of her league.”
Koda: Koda’s charming and friendly so he kind of has a magnetic personality and gets on well with just about anybody, but he gets nervous asking for romantic stuff, so seduction isn’t really his thing. I’m sure more than one person has mistaken him being nice and playful for flirting, though.
23. If your character could play any part in a drama, stage production, or musical, what part would they play?
Cady: Uh, percussion?? I don’t think Cady would make a good actor.
Koda: The musical accompaniment or a character in a musical. He’d probably try and audition for one of the main characters.
24. What is your character’s favorite album?
Cady: Immortalized by Disturbed b/c I’m predictable
Koda: Finch in the Pantry by The Arcadian Wild
25. What does this character mean to you?
Cady: Cadiana inspires me to be a little tougher in my day to day life. She reminds me that it’s important to give decisions weight, think things through, and to not let anybody control you or form your thoughts for you.
Koda: Koda inspires me to be happier, sillier, and not to dim down my enthusiasm for the things I love and to try and to find joy in something every day. I’m always go go go and I think Koda would encourage me to slow down and smell the flowers.
