Shoulder presses 4kg dumbbells 12reps 3sets
Pectoral 10kg 15 reps 3 sets
Pulley 15kg 15 reps, 10kg 15 reps 2 sets
Reverse fly 3kg dumbbells 15 reps 3 sets
Facepulls 5kg 15 reps, 10kg 15 reps 2 sets
Lateral raises 3kg dumbbells 12 reps, 2kg 12 reps
Stretches
I tried to listen to my body more, there I did fewer reps on some exercises and also used more light weights to get used it and focus on form. I'm not 100% sure if I did the facepulls correctly, but I think I got the hang of it at the end
