✨ Ao3 Wrapped 2025 ✨
2022 • 2023 • 2024 • more stats • 2025 in review
Works published: 77 - higher than last year, and similar to the years before that!
Wordcount: 139,852
Podfic time: ca. 2 hours 30mins (NEW! I'm tracking my podfic stats! Even though I definitely haven't recorded as much in 2025 as I did in other years xD)
Kudos: 1,555
Hits: 21,624
Bookmarks: 260
Subscriptions: 65, and I'm at 197 user subscriptions, went up and down a bit I think the highest was 198?
Most popular by kudos: My Take on Season Four, an Avorah (Hacks HBO) 17k femslash getting together fic at 161 kudos, followed by the Star Wars ficlet Stowaway at 128 kudos and its follow-up ficlet Tiny Adorable Eldritch Horror at 112. They're the only ones with kudos in the triple digits this year!
Most hits: again My Take on Season Four (3741 hits), followed by the Witcher Geraskier drabble Wings which for reasons unknown to me has insane amount of hits for a drabble?! 2416! I mean it also has more kudos & comments than drabbles usually get (63) but still! Might be because it's an inspo fic so ppl clicked it underneath the fic it was inspired by I guess? Which is kind of a cheat. Next most hits, at 1852, has my Avorah AU ideas and such wip collection which imo at least makes sense.
Longest: technically the Avorah AU ideas and such work at 18k but I wouldn't count it as it's a combination of different fics, so instead Warehouse 13 sci-fi femslash Lucifer's Servant at 17,805 words!
Longest podfic: DWP Mirandy The Mystery Stranger at 45 minutes! Didn't record any really long podfics last year, but I did post 9 shorter ones, and recorded some more which are going to be posted for events soon or have already been posted this January!
Shortest: I wrote eighteen drabbles, 100 words exactly!
Shortest podfic: either my Leverage podfic Wait, That's You? (5 min) or the scene I recorded for the epistolary Merlin podfic collab it's what you do when you love someone, I don't know exactly how long the letter I read is as Morgause, but I suspect it's even shorter.
Most Comments: once again the Avorah fic My Take On Season Four at 87 comments (42 comment threads), followed by Warehouse 13 shippy case fic Fake Married in May at 53 comments (25 threads)!
Favorite Comment: I'm always bad at remembering things like that, I know there are a number of comments I really liked, I just don't remember them at all o.o but I do remember an anon went out of their way to send me an ask telling me how much they love my works and that just makes me so happy!
I actually have email folders for my fav comments, I just haven't gone through my Ao3 email in a while so these are all from earlier in the year, but some favs include:
Thank you @wibblywobblyida @viharistenno @hacksarmchairquarterback1 @apparitionism @septemberbells and everyone else! <3<3<3
Gifts: I gave 29 gifts in 2025, and received W13 θυμὸς by @barbarawar, Totally Random Example and Appeal by @purlturtle, and Poirot Night and Day by septemberbells! Thanks y'all's! <3
Collaborations: 4 collabs this year, the aforementioned Merlin epistolary organized by @apple-sapling, W13 podfic collab Thank You For The Music organized by @lavendelhummel, with whom I also recorded Fascinating Knowledge, Night and Day was a joint effort with text by @septemberbells and audio by me, and what was supposed to be a collab but I ended up doing both writing and audio for was Good Omens Smooth Sharks :) Very podfic heavy collaboration year for me, and all part of the same event: @pod-together organized by @podklb!
And, not really collabs but it often felt quite collaborative when I wrote inspo fics or made podfics for other people's fics: like this Good Omens podfic for @linnea-ancalime's fic, the inspo fic discussion in the comment section of this Poirot fic by Plankto, the Podfic of @halotolerant's fic and the inspo fic to @harrimaniac27art's fanart, or the many Star Wars fic headers I made!
Events: I already mentioned the podfic event above, and then I wrote a fic a day for a number of November events: @thedrabblecollective's November challenge, @comfy-vember, @platonicsource's November prompt, @thepromptfoundry's Trope Fl!p Fest and @polyshipweek! I had already done the same some months ago for @duckprintspress's May Trope Mayhem, too :) Then there was Commentmas, Star Trek Potluck, Star Trek Femslash Week, and I also took part in several gift exchanges, I wrote Secrets of a Haunted House for @b-and-w-holiday-gift-exchange which is again taking place right now, recorded podfics for fandomtrees 2025 though that technically posted in January'26, and made several gifts for the multifandom femslash gift exchange which I'm co-modding, the collection will reveal in February.
Ratings: 31 Gen, 26 T, 10 unrated, 9 E, 1 M
... Didn't I used to be more of a smut writer? xD
In 2021 I had over 40 M and E rated works, now it looks like it's sinking into the single digits... fascinating developments there, truly xD
Warnings: 67 no warnings apply, 10 chose not to use warnings
Categories: 32 F/F, 26 M/M, 21 Gen, 11 F/M, 10 Multi and 1 Other
(28 fics are only F/F with no other category ships, 17 same for M/M, 18 Gen, 3 F/M)
& for the reading section (even though I have a different post about fics I read here already):
Fics that made me cry: quite some fics did make me cry last year, but I especially remember the Star Wars sequels fic The Story Of Finn by LullabyKnell! Thanks for the fic rec, @toboldlynerd :)
Fics that made me smile: while I'm sure more fics also made me smile, I only bookmarked two with that tag last year: Witcher ficlet Left Unsupervised by @inexplicifics, and James Bond meets Good Omens I Live And Lie For You by @laiqualaurelote :)
More fic recs here!
Wordcount read: ca 35 million words :}
Which is actually less than last year even though I think I had more free time? Then again, I stress-fic-read, so I guess that checks out.
Bookmarks: 2942 new bookmarks! Almost 3k wow that's pretty much half my total bookmarks o.o
(my bookmarks on what are currently pages 10(except for 1 2026 bookmark) to page 157 (-17 2024 bookmarks) -> 157-9=148 148*20=2,960 2,960-1-17=2942
I did start bookmarking somewhat excessively last year both to keep track of whether I've read sth before and to write summaries and such for still updating wips because I never remember which story a fic even is when it updates especially when I'm reading several wips in the same fandom simultaneously or when it's been a while since it last updated or since I last found it

Tagging, only if you want to do it (and only for whichever questions you want to answer), everyone tagged above, & anyone else who sees this feel free to say I tagged you, too!
Louis for Apple Music 20/1/26
lewis hamilton after his first day of testing in a rainy Barcelona | 27.01.26
“Very challenging today. It started raining at 10:30 so, obviously Charles had a little bit of dry running but then it was wet all afternoon so… figuring out how to get the tyres working… It was really productive, I think we got 120 laps or something like that, given that it’s in the wet conditions and we had a red flag, I think that’s pretty solid. Really proud of everyone back at the factory for getting the car to this point. We’ve got a lot of information on the car today, definitely need to keep it up. Lots and lots to do, but a good first day.” Q: Given the rule changes, how satisfying is this for the whole team to arrive here and get such a solid number of laps on the board straight away and starting to learn about your new car? Lewis:: "Well, I mean it could be so much worse. "Such a big rule regulation change, so to get through the day without too many major, there were no major issues, it's just small little increments that we're trying to improve on, I think it's great and as I said, we just need to try and get some more days like this. Q: So what is on the checklist for the rest of the week for you, a couple more days of running coming up? Lewis: "Well, hoping to experience the car on the dry and I think just understanding balance, understanding the new SM that we have and how to utilise it and feel it, I've not driven it in the dry so I don't really have a feeling for it, obviously we drove it in the wet which is only the front part and then just understanding the deployment, I think deployment's going to be crucial and understanding that, how to utilise the power, the battery throughout the lap and recharging, all that kind of stuff but I mean we've done a huge amount of work, everyone's done a huge amount of work on the simulator so it's not like it's 100% brand new for us but we still have to go through our sessions and through the data to try and optimise it."
Lewis out on the track in full wets but is already back in the garage (probably to change tyres)
