So everything went reasonably well at my check up last week, my blood pressure had come down which was a massive relief. I don’t have gestational diabetes but my iron and hemoglobin levels have dropped dramatically. I haven’t been feeling overly tired so I decided to try some high strength iron tablets to get me through a few weeks before I will most likely have an iron infusion. • At 29 weeks we have our next growth scan which will determine how Sprout is tracking and more importantly check my placenta to make sure it is still functioning well. He is currently measuring about a week behind so I have a feeling he will be a little bubba. Depending on my OB and the MFM Specialist review this will determine if I will need regular growth scans for the rest of my pregnancy or if the bedside scans will suffice. • I have only a maximum of 9 weeks and 1 day left of this pregnancy... I cannot believe how slow and yet fast the past few months have gone!! It’s surreal to think that in a matter of weeks our lives are going to change dramatically again and it’s going to be totally different to anything we have experienced before. It’s certainly emotional in both good and bad ways. It’s exciting for all there is to come but the sadness of the milestones and moments that we never got to have with Zoe and Rory. • I managed to have a Reiki session over the last week or so and get a flower medicine which has really helped to work through a lot of the overwhelming feelings and blockages I was having. I’m feeling a lot more grounded and prepared for whatever way our journey to welcoming Sprout earth side takes. • #pregnancy #bumpdate #27weeks6days #expecting #pregnancyafterloss #pal #babychisholm3 #babysprout #growingourfamily #hypnobirthing #hypnobirthingmumma https://www.instagram.com/p/BrUfOtZHgF1/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=146athfhb3f1z
