Following the critique, I made a word map in an attempt to brainstorm all possible directions for my project and ultimately choose one (thank you Mandy for the suggestion!!). I think it has helped me visualize the interconnectedness of all my ideas while also pinpointing areas of high interest! I'm still on the fence, but I've got a better idea, I'll keep you updated!

All good with the tum. Some acid regulation stuff today which I think was just me being very hungry yesterday. Today wasn't thrilled at how I looked, feel very flat and lacking in strengths or curves despite my best efforts. Nutrition and Calories continue to alude me. I did have more going on when I was heavier but then I was bigger overall and you lose definition between waist and hips etc... I could stand to eat more regular meals for sure, I don't have to go nuts eating saturated fats or whatever and making myself sick.
