Here’s another thing I love: when you get so swept up in what you’re making, you lose track of time. I drew and colored this in one night (rare for me) — one reason I think I ended up liking how it looks in low light, like what I made it in, best. It was my first time experimenting with layering Copics, and by daylight (last photo) you can better see the individual colors, strokes. But I’m overall very satisfied (I looove creating nuanced darks) and eager to use these markers again! . What makes you lose track of time?
