What's cooking, good looking? 😍😍 I've got a taco salad with a gluten-free tortilla base, ground beef, lettuce, and mixed bell peppers 🤤 And hot sauce, can't forget the hot sauce! Bell peppers have definitely been the easiest thing to mix into my dishes because I already eat a lot of meals that peppers compliment (like tacos...almost every day 🤣). . . . . With week 1 over, I'm feeling so much more at ease about what I'm eating and how my meals come together. Finding different ways to construct my meals to figure out what satisfies me the most is fun...but having a meal plan to follow so you don't have to put too much time into planning is even MORE fun. . . . 😍😍 Breakfast today was ah-maxing and chalk full of veggies 😉 After some silly carbs last night, I want to fill up on veggies earlier in the day . . . Call me crazy, but I could get used to being a 🐰🐰 . .
