A stunning #2course lunch 71 floors above the #DTLA #skyline and this #flatiron #steak was cooked to #perfection I appreciate the collective flavor of #chimichurri and #yuzu #koshio and what is clearly a well chosen cut of meat. Started off with the #hamachi #crudo and washed it all down with a #littletokyo #cocktail that had my heritages in #alcohol form with a nice mix of #pisco and #sake .
