A stunning #2course lunch 71 floors above the #DTLA #skyline and this #flatiron #steak was cooked to #perfection I appreciate the collective flavor of #chimichurri and #yuzu #koshio and what is clearly a well chosen cut of meat. Memories of some old friends at this spot in #echopark I'm literally the only person eating here haha #solodolo BUT the waitress was super sweet and the #cafesuada which is #notpictured is hitting the spot. Now the food is a before and after of their #miquang #noodles that I gave a good stir to. Added in a tiny by of #sriracha because #duh The #lime wedges were SUPER juicy but the broth at the bottom absorbs it nicely and it adds just the right amount of #tart to keep it fun.
