Appearance: She has shoulder-length dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Unlike her counterpart, she does not have bangs. Instead, she keeps her hair pulled back into a low ponytail, at the band that holds her hair back is a Dianthus Chinensis. Her face is often set in a stoic face, but with a slight rosiness to her cheeks, make her look shy instead. Odette has very fair skin and looks like ivory in the light of the full moon. She also carries more muscle than her 1p, mainly due to running around by herself.
Odette likes to wear formal attire of a nice blouse and pants. Her blouse tends to be more form-fitting and her pants are looser and are tucked into her boots. She wears solid colors and doesn’t really like wearing patterns. The color she wears most are black, white, and maroon. In terms of loungewear, the only kind she has are pajamas. Those are cotton booty shorts and a tank top. Other than that she always tries to look nice and formal.
Personality: Monaco likes to be alone. She will take her time to put space between herself and other nations. It gives her peace of mind and time to think about how her life has gotten to this point and just to forget about everyone else. She enjoys the silence and takes away the crushing fear of having people potentially abandoning her.
She is not very smart. Manco is a more of a follower of her gut and not her brain. It has gotten her into a lot of trouble over the years. Though she always finds a way out, there is always some kind of heavy injury involved in her escape. There have even been times when she ignores common sense or forgets to read people and bad things happen.
Manco has a huge appetite. It is one of the things France was able to use to keep her in line. There have also been times where food has to lead to her doing work for other nations.
Dead: Some people wonder how she isn’t dead since France raised her.

ETC: After the fall of Ancient Greece, Monaco flew under the radar for a long while. Sure she had Italy in charge, but he mostly ignored her. Once she came under France’s hand, he was told to seek her out. Since he was the first nation she had direct contact with in a long time. She did not enjoy that and tried to get away from him multiple times. Each time she has dragged back and eventually France just tied a rope to her.
Odette was on her own for so long that she forgot the name her mother had given her. The first name that came to France’s mind was Odette. So, from then on she has been called that.
She isn’t extremely aggressive. She is one of the calmest 2ps and if you were forced to be around one, pick her. She would more than likely leave you alone and go off by herself.
