Aug. 22 | Learned about the 3-3-3 Method today, where you spend 3 hours focused on one main project or larger task, then prioritize 3 “urgent” sub-tasks (meetings, re-filing), and then aim to complete 3 “maintenance” tasks (going for a workout class, sending emails). I’m looking forward to learning if that works for me!
