नई दिल्ली: ह्यूमन राइट्स वॉच की एक रिपोर्ट ने खुलासा किया है कि 30 देशों ने स्वायत्त हथियारों जिन्हें ‘किलर रोबोट’ कहा जाता है, इन पर पूरी तरह से बैन लगाने की बात कही है. इन देशों की मांग हैं कि इन पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जाए. ये हथियार बिना किसी मानवीय हस्तक्षेप के बड़े पैमाने पर इंसानों को मारने में सक्षम होंगे.
