Went bouldering yesterday but (only) for 2h and really wasn't feeling it. Felt more like a potato with spaghetti arms 😅 but I went and still did some stuff, way easier than normal but better than nothing. So no exiting stories or cool pictures. Next time will be better

Had a ‘cheat day’ today (hate that term) and where I used to feel so guilty for them & exercise asap to ‘undo the damage’ (give me strength x) I am feeling nothing but full, blissful peace today. Loved every bite and am very content
