A few things, but the most important one first: I have officially hit 300k! Whohoi!

And now for the interesting part. This was supposed to only be one chapter. The first half of 57, in fact. It ended up being 9k words long, however. So I have split it in half, and there is now one more chapter in Arc 7, and 136 chapters total. Let's hope for my own sanity that I don't have to split any more chapters down the line! (And no, this is not the shortest chapter in the arc, despite the fact it wasn't even supposed to be its own chapter in the first place.)

Also, for no particular reason at all, go listen to Iris by the goo goo dolls. (It's one of my favourite Deia character songs and it inspired the title of this chapter which I had to come up with throughout the day because I needed to give the original 57 title to what is now 58.)
