Duncan Idaho, in this particular passage, is preventing a huge misunderstanding between the Duke and the Fremen. The Fremen Naib (leader) Stilgar showed his respect to the Duke by spitting on the floor in front of him. The Duke’s men took this as an insult and were getting ready to attack the Naib. Duncan, who’d been living with the Fremen as the Duke’s ambassador, explains that to the Fremen, it is a respectful sign.

I think that this passage is a warning to be mindful of others and to not be too quick to get offended.

Aw man how do I even begin, well it’s mainly about this middle school kid named Miharu who finds out he has this really powerful being inside him that can basically grant any wish and everyone wants it, but he just wants nothing to do with it, and it can basically only be used or destroyed with the combined knowledge of these 5 scrolls which are each owned by different clans. So while he and his people are trying to find the 5 scrolls so they can destroy it, their enemies are trying to find the 5 scrolls so they can use it, but it becomes very complicated and everyone kind of has their own agendas and enemies become friends and friends become enemies and You Will Fucking Cry

Ugh, yeah, I actually got nauseous at the end of EP4, and I’m not usually bothered by gore too much.

yeah i just finished 4 and not gonna lie, i feel a little sick and i didn’t even watch what happened. turned my head and set my headphones down so i couldn’t really hear until voices started again and i was like ‘oh god is it over oh godd ohg ooodddddddd’ I uh yeah. Wow. Damn.
