When a snow day combined with a sick hubby working from home throws a curveball in your plans, what are you going to do? Here’s a list of 31 ideas...

1. Make Hot Chocolate. ☕️

2. Make French Toast with all that Bread, Milk, and Eggs your neighbors went crazy over at the grocery store. 🥛 🍞 🥚

3. Play Board Games. 🎲 🎲

4. Put together a BIG puzzle.

5. Make Popcorn and Watch Movies. 🎥 🍿

6. Play Video Games. 🎮

7. Make a Fort in your favorite spot.

8. Put up a small tent and pretend you are Camping Inside. ⛺️

9. Snow Ball Fight while clearing the driveway, walkway, and sidewalks.

Roadtripping with my Essentials

Spring break is coming, and I’m trying to figure out little details of how I’m going to pack to visit family friends. Personally, I use diferent items to pack up my kids’ stuff it we are driving versus flying.  We plan on driving this time, which means I’ll probably have a rolling thermal with drinks and snacks in the car, a large utility tote with games and toys and videos for easy access for the little ones, a blanket or two, and either soft, large, or deluxe utility totes to pack up things I need easy access to on the road.  The duffles and backpacks will be in the back with the clothes and non-essentials. A zipper pouch with cords and chargers will be near by to grab.  A hanging traveler case for toiletries and a glamour case for any medications. My key fob holds my keys and any shopping “tabs” I have. My wander tote will be my purse of choice because it can hold a lot and I love the words “Follow Your Own Path” that are printed on it. The purse will be completed with a mini zipper pouch containing any gift cards I may need, and I don’t go anywhere without my All About the Benjamins wallet. Now to decide how many options we will have in the car to entertain the little ones on a road trip.
