350 Brewing's comedy night, Laugh Riot, returns to the 350 Soundstage at the Tinley Park Convention Center on Friday, September 27th with Randy and Jason Sklar. The Sklar Brothers have guest-starred on HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Comedy Central's Roast Battle III, Adult Swim’s Children's' Hospital, and much more.
The main course was something different that really caught my eye. A Jerk Chicken Torta topped with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, and their housemade guacamole. This was a very tasty sandwich. The chicken was savory and brought the heat. The bread was crispy and soft. The tortilla chips complimented it perfectly. You have to start with a brew when you visit a brewery and I picked the Mosaic Mist American IPA. Triple dry-hopped with mosaic hop powder.
