Free your mind and the rest will follow… Many of us spend most of our time focusing on the physical aspects of our being, that we rarely take the time to fine tune the most important feature of our bodies. We’ve become so wrapped up in the pursuit of perfection and physical beauty that we fail to realize when we’re actually working backwards and to our detriment. The mind is the most powerful tool that we have; In fact our minds are the captains of our ships and our thoughts determine our destination. There is a whole section in Barnes & Nobles dedicated to books and audio’s on the power of thought and the Law of Attraction. Some choose to call it new Age nonsense, but there is nothing new about this ancient concept that shaped the minds of greats; such as Buddha and Albert Einstein. Those whom are open and practice the art of conscious thinking reap the benefits of living a life that they dream of. It’s no longer “The Secret”; we are what we think! Our thoughts are our most powerful weapon, so make them positive and productive and fill them with love and watch your life become a reflection of your thoughts. Watch the energy that you put out into the universe return double fold . I have read countless books, created countless vision boards and repeat countless affirmations, but I must admit I am still a student. My life has been filled with pessimists, doubters and naysayers who have undoubtedly penetrated my belief system, but I work daily on reprogramming my thoughts and releasing doubt and fear.
