Does Jim use Howling Thunder to free Tronos Madu from Colonel Kubritz?
Yup. A based instinct that felt like the form itself was leading Jim to go on this sudden rescue. Tronos Madu had been badly injured so he couldn't participate in the final battle against Morando and was put under Barbara's care. He did have a lot of time to think about what he wants to do.
Draal and Stuart suggest taking a shot at the Plumbers since Azmuth can send an offer to have the organization at least give him a chance to prove himself. Tronos mulls about the idea for awhile but takes it. Howling Thunder felt like his people were giving him another chance to do good from beyond the grave.
The Voltarian wasn't gonna squander it.
